Decided to search through Youtube for music with the word "witch" in the title, and stumbled upon this amazing band! This song is taken from the B-side of their 7" called "Great Balls of Fire" released on Creole Records in 79'.
They're a NWOBHM band and thats basically all the information i've got at this point.
